*The United States and China: A Summer Seminar for South Texas Teachers*



Trinity University’s EAST Program is offering a no-cost 31.5-hour
professional development program for teachers taught on the campus by
Trinity’s East Asian Studies faculty. Participants who complete the program
will be eligible for future NCTA study tours to Asia, subsidized by the
Freeman Foundation.



Led by: Professor Donald Clark, Murchison Professor of History, Trinity
NCTA Director and Co-director of Trinity’s EAST program.

*When**:* June 15th – June 29th (Monday-Thursday)

*Time:* 4:00-8:00pm

*Where:* Trinity University Holt Center

106 Oakmont Court (corner of Shook and Oakmont) San Antonio, TX 78212

 *Parking is available on the street in front of the building

P*erks*: 31.5 hours of CPE credit possible (each session is worth 3.5
hours) and study tour eligibility

 *Dinner and study materials supplied free of charge
